The cake is an important part of your wedding day. For a few minutes all eyes are focused on you and your wedding cake. Photographs will be taken when you are cutting the cake for you to look back on and cherish the memories. And its not only the look that is important, the taste must be just as beautiful, as this is what your guests will remember. 

Choosing the right wedding cake can seem daunting, with so many designs, styles, and flavours available you may find yourselves overwhelmed. This is where I come in. With over 7 years of wedding cake experience you can feel calm and relaxed knowing your cake is in the right hands.

I recommend booking your cake designer at least 1 year in advance, even if you don't know exactly what you are looking for. Peak wedding dates get booked up early, but knowing your date is secure is one less thing to worry about. A £50 deposit will secure your date with me and details regarding design and flavour can be discussed at a later date. ​To book your date please contact me.


Approximately 6 months before the wedding is the perfect time to have a consultation. By this time you will have a good idea of what your colour scheme/flowers are going to be. Consultations are the best part of booking your wedding cake. This is where we can sit and enjoy some cake samples and discuss all things wedding.

Around 3 months before the wedding all details should be finalised, including the flavours of the cake. Each tier of your cake can be a different flavour, ensuring each and every guest will enjoy it. 

Wedding Cake Price Guide

The cost of a wedding cake depends on a lot of factors. The number of tiers, intricacy of the design, any sugar flowers. All of my wedding cakes are bespoke, hand crafted edible works of art, and as such are priced accordingly.

The prices below are starting prices. They are for a plain iced cake with no additional decoration.

3 tiers - approx 85 portions - From £380

3 tiers - approx 130 portions - From £485

4 tiers - approx 145 portions - From £540

4 tiers - approx 230 portions - From £860

5 tiers - approx 245 portions - From £915

Larger/taller cakes are available on request.


Dummy cakes can be incorporated into the design to add height and give a real wow factor without adding to the overall portions. They are decorated to match the design and are not distinguishable from the real cake tiers. 

Each cake on the portfolio page has its price shown. This is to give you an idea of what your final price may be depending on the design chosen.

Dessert tables are becoming more and more popular, and i fully understand why! They are beautiful edible displays and really give that wow factor you may be looking for.

Prices for dessert table items vary with the amount of detail required but as a guide they start from the following prices:

Baked Doughnuts  - From £1.50 each

Decorated Biscuits - From £1.75 each

Cupcakes - From £2.50 each

Cake Lollies - From £2.50 each

Cake Lolly Blocks - From £3 each
